Also, we are small thinkers, but this is both good and bad. Care about individual But don't have vision and will to chase it because it might hurt individuals

Challenge for today is to use our strengths to attack our weaknesses. Build a house we can be proud of. Interesting stuff, but coherent, big enough and a place where people want to come.
