CSJO 2017

The annual CSJO conference will take place at the University of Illinois at Chicago (USA) campus from June 9-11.  If you are registering for a youth under the age of 18 (teens 13 – 17), you must complete, sign and mail an Emergency Medical Form and Declaration of Responsibility to the conference registrar. You must also provide a copy of the youth's birth certificate. To access the documents and mailing instructions, click here.
